It depends on the programme. Coaching Readiness is designed as a starting point, so no previous experience is needed. The certificate and diploma programmes build on existing coaching practice. If you're unsure where you fit, talk to us and we'll help you find the right place to begin.
That depends on where you are now and where you want to go next. If you're new to coaching, Coaching Readiness is the natural first step. If you're already coaching and want more depth, one of our Advanced Practitioner certificates is likely to suit you. Get in touch and we'll talk it through with you.

Yes. Our programmes are designed as a pathway, so you can start where you are and continue building your capability, from Coaching Readiness through to the Master Practitioner Diploma.
You'll learn alongside a group of fellow coaches, with virtual meet-ups and support from the Paseda team throughout, so you're never working through it on your own.
You can join the PasedaCoach Certified Coaches Directory and continue developing through Coach Club, supervision and further programmes as your practice grows.
