This diploma is a deep, structured approach built on the Paseda Method. You’ll learn to see what’s really happening in a team, work through the dysfunction holding it back, and build the self-awareness, trust and resilience that lasting performance depends on.

From online learning to coaching a team for real
1. Online self-study
Flexible, ‘unboring’ online lessons you can fit around your work, covering the psychology, models and tools behind human-centric team coaching.
2. Live clinics
Regular live sessions with your cohort and facilitators alongside the online modules, where you practise, ask questions and bring real team situations to work through.
3. Immersive in-person week
The highlight of the programme. Over five days you’ll design and deliver a live team coaching programme, pitch to a mock leadership board, navigate derailment, and take part in a fully observed Live Coaching Lab.
