The step from practitioner to master
The Advanced Practitioner programme gave you the Paseda Method. The Master Practitioner Diploma takes you beneath it.
You’ll go deeper into the psychology and neuroscience behind transformation, and into the complex client presentations and senior leaders that ask more of a coach. Across ten months of blended learning you’ll integrate advanced models into your practice, work with real case clients, and build everything you need to apply for Association for Coaching accreditation.
You’ll leave coaching with more authority and nuance, helping clients dismantle self-sabotage, rebuild self-worth and live with alignment.

From deeper theory to mastery in the room
1. Self-directed learning
Eight online modules you complete at your own pace, going further into the psychology and neuroscience behind transformation: from leadership and coaching models and core coaching skills to The GC Index, Find the Real You, Havening Level 2, Create the Life You’ll Love and the Wellbeing Award.
Plan for around seven hours of study a week: a professional-level commitment designed to sit alongside a busy practice.
2. Live workshops
Live workshops with your cohort and facilitators, including The Big Four, GC Index accreditation and Bring It All Together, where the advanced models are taught, demonstrated and practised in real time.

Yes. The diploma is for Paseda360 Advanced Practitioners and builds directly on your Advanced Practitioner training.
How long is the course, and how much time will it take?
The November 2026 cohort runs from November 2026 to September 2027, with graduation in October 2027. Expect around seven hours of study a week, plus around 50 hours of client work: a professional-level commitment that fits alongside a busy practice.
