Laura spent many years in education, progressing from teaching into senior leadership, before experiencing Paseda360 coaching for herself. The impact stayed with her and, in 2024, she joined the Advanced Practitioner in Transformational Coaching, initially as much for her own development as anything else.
She excelled on the programme and made the brave decision to leave education, build her own coaching practice and begin working with women through coaching and retreats. Laura went on to train as a Master Practitioner and joined PasedaCoach as a facilitator, bringing years of experience in teaching, leadership and developing others into her new career.
Today, alongside her own coaching practice, Laura is Paseda's Client Experience Manager, supporting practitioners through their training and development.
Her story is another reminder that changing career doesn't mean starting again. Laura has taken everything she learned through decades in education and leadership and found a completely new way to use it.
